I'm fat and depressed

I'm a single mom, who recently got out of an emotional abuse relationship.
now that I'm a single mom it sucks because I'm really depressed and I feel lonely, I eat and eat to fill this emptiness that I have on the inside.
the food that i eat gives me no energy and I'm just living life day by day, i really dont want to be alive, but I'm staying alive for my 9 month old daughter.
I will like to lose weight and pick up good eating habits for myself so that i can feel alive or some type of emotion.
I know this is a strange post but hopefully this app can help me keep track

and I tried to get help but its so expensive

If you don't have insurance check for places that set sliding scale fees. Family health plus is an option. Check local clinics. Ask you doctor. They can usually recommend a place.0

There is absolutely no shame in how you are feeling! In most communities, there are centers that offer counseling on a sliding payment scale. Hopefully, you will be able to find such a center and get the help that you need to deal with your depression. In the meantime, it's good that you're taking these first steps toward getting healthy, because that can make a huge difference in the way that you feel!0

Get up right now and get dressed and put your baby in the stroller and go for a walk. Use your walking time to plan a healthy meal. Tomorrow ask your doctor to help you find professional help. Then go for another walk.0
