What do you do when you are hungry?

I can go all day without eating and not even think about it but as soon as I say I want to lose weight and eat better I am hungry ALL day!! I know it's a mind game so how do you deal with it? I get depressed and angry and I do it for a few days and then binge. So what do you do when you get hungry and you know it's not time to eat or you have used up all your calories. How do you have discipline and WILL POWER?

I drink water when I think I'm hungry and exercise when I'm bored to keep from doing mindless snacking.0

I drink water/tea or eat a healthy snack like nuts or fruits such as cranberries. You shouldn't get depressed about it. Also, make sure you are getting enough protein in your diet because protein helps keep you feeling fuller for longer.0

I just was feeling hungry. My mind wandered to all types of foods. BUT I grabbed a celary stick and a tablespoon of ranch dressing. NOW, this is not something that I usually do. I'm not by any means a great eater. It took pure mind control to eat that. BUT it worked. And I'm pretty proud of myself, that I don't have to feel down about 1 little choice. You can do it. One good choice at a time!!!:)0

I drink a big glass of water if I'm hungry or eat a piece of fruit. If it's late and I'm tempted to raid the cupboards through hunger, I get go to bed and get an early night instead.0

If I am hungry, I eat. I make sure I am actually hungry, and not bored, though.0

Drink water or nom on fruit, something like strawberries chopped up as they are pretty low in calorie0

I eat when I'm hungry. But a good way for me to tie over my hunger for a big portion of my day is working out hard in between meals. Whether it's between breakfast and lunch or between lunch and dinner.
I tend not to be hungry after a good workout for about an hour or so until I feel the grumbles. So I workout between breakfast and lunch.. I eat.. wait about 2hrs or so.. not hungry yet.. workout an hour.. (3hrs have past) then get cleaned up and cool down (another hour has past).. then by then I'm looking to fix the next meal and by then it's about 5 hours I've gone without hunger.0
