Meal planning is key!

Hey all, so I know it's pretty obvious but I am realizing that meal planning is going to be the key to my success (among other things). I'd like to know what kind of supper meals you plan (so that I can add some to my repertoire of meals).
Some meals I do are...
#1 - half chicken breast sprinkled with seasoning salt, homemade sweet potato fries, and steamed cauliflower (sometimes with a small side Caesar salad)
#2 - half chicken breast, 1/4 spaghetti squash (with roasted red pepper Alfredo sauce), steamed peppers, and stir fry vegetables (costco mixture)
#3 - beef Asian lettuce wraps (ground beef, peppers, ginger, cashews, carrots wrapped in romaine lettuce leaves)
#4 - ground beef meat sauce and spaghetti squash
#5 - quinoa, half chicken breast, steamed/fried mushrooms and broccoli
My family has a cattle farm so cutting red meat out of my diet is not happening. I am open to suggestions and different foods (especially ways of cooking vegetables).
