Hi, I am restarting this program for the third time. I am a celiac and am very faithful to my diet. This time I want to carry through with the full programming with exercises. I am very strict about my diet, so everything I eat is home cooked. Restaurants are not thing for me. I do not really eat at other houses. I find it is a full time job to find a variety of meals. I find programming my food is challenging because of the home cooking. I usually quite because of the time consuming. Love the program though. I am planning to start with Pilates and yoga as an exercise pattern. When the snow lifts, I will increase in walking.
