Does anyone have suggestions for high fiber snacks on the go

Nuts. Raw veggies like cut up broccoli, cauliflower, or zucchini.

Maybe I am extremely strange, but I find these absolutely delicious. They are 100cals and 6g of fiber. Plus they are soft and I have a huge thing for peanut butter. Fair warning, do not binge eat a whole box in one day. You will spend the night on the toilet. Learn from my mistake.
But real though, if anybody knows a recipe for soft, chewy, high fiber, low cal, peanut butter bars, please send it my way.0 -
