Logging Exercise

How do you log biking if you aren't on a flat surface? I see that you can log biking and they give you a speed to log it at but that doesn't include elevation or your weight, or how in shape you are. Any advice for logging exercising such as biking? Also, does anyone have any good snack recipes that are low in calories fats and sugars? Let me know :)
