30 Day Shred

I'm thinking of trying the 30 Day Shred but, I live on the top floor of my apartment complex. Will my neighbors hate me if I do it at home?

I'm afraid they might hate you a bit:) there's a lot of jumping jacks, jump rope, butt kicks and others, so you have to jump a bit:) But it's a good idea to check it out on youtube and see for yourself:) I personally do these http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YaJryQEsT94 sometimes, when I need to stay quiet:) Good luck!
