About to kick off week 3!

Hi all! Just a reminder to keep it up and don't lose steam or get discouraged! We made it this far. So what are some diet plans for the week? I decided not to follow any particular plan, but have a low calorie main dish theme every week to keep it interesting looking and trying new creative recipes. This week is tilapia for me!
