Hey I'm a noob never done exercising or healthy eating in my life as i used to be one of those who thought they could eat anything and never put on weight though the past two years have taught me this is no longer the case lol. I'm 12st 4lbs, 5ft3in ,age 30. Joining a gym this week and got this app so fingers crossed! my aim is to lose 2st in however long it takes. Would love to hear from anyone who is the same as me 4 support and tips :-)
