Week 3

Looking for input as I start week 3. I am exercising some (as much as possible within doctor's limits), working on my protein intake, and starting to lose. Feel free to look at my diary, see where I am at, and offer your opinion. I am aiming for 1200 calories intake for my first month as I am sedentary other than my logged workouts, and will likely increase some as my activity increases again. Any dietary suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as well as tips for low impact activities appropriate for dizzy people. I know some people here have good luck with weight loss and muscle building/toning by adjusting their macros, but I have no idea what this means or how to do it. I am interested as I am very deconditioned and have muscle atrophy after prolonged bedrest. I am not looking to be an extreme lifter or bodybuilder but I am looking to be as healthy as possible, and appreciate any help that can get me there. Thank you
