This is my 2nd (or third) time trying to lose weight on myfitnesspal and this time I'm sticking to it!
Im currently 23 years old, 5'7, and 152 lbs
Goal: 135lbs (going lower than that would be unhealthy considering my height)
Problem areas: Hips, Thighs, Abs.
Keeping my calories under 1375/day and Just started going to the gym.
I'd love to have a virtual workout buddy to help me stay on track!
