I have been putting off doing this whole weight loss thing for a long time. I keep tell myself I will start tomorrow or next week or whenever, then I go and eat everything in sight telling myself I'm doing it because I am going to starting eating well soon. Yeah well I keep eating crap and keep giving myself new start dates. So here I am now feeling fat, lazy and so not happy.

Finely I had that moment were I looked in the mirror and went "EWWWW, what the heck happen to me?!?!"

I am done putting off getting healthy. I am starting now. Like right now, not in the morning or when I go back to work.

I would love some people to help keep we on track. I am the best procrastinator ever so I will need all the help I can get:)
