What should I set my percentages at? Tired of researching. My calories are at 1600 (Web suggested) I'm trying to loose 20 lbs for my wedding.

you can use the defaults, or if you prefer a higher protein approach 30% P, 30% C, 40% F and try it for two weeks.0

I think you just have to try out what works for you. It's a matter of taste, convenience, budget and performance; maybe you'll have to negociate, or maybe you'll easily find your sweet spot. A range will probably work just fine too. I am very happy around my 18%P, 43%C, 39%F.0
