Crossfit as a main workout

Hey everyone! I've done Crossfit on and off for about a month now, however I want to make Crossfit my main workout and dedicate more time to it. How many of you do Crossfit as the main workout? If you do, do you do any other workouts in between or in addition to Crossfit? I was thinking of adding a Yoga or stretching type once or twice a week. I'm confused about cardio also, should I incorporate cardio too?

    Crossfit is my main workout - maybe twice a week, but I'm also training for a 5k so I sometimes go once a week if I've run a couple of times. I also do yoga and I think it's great in addition to Crossfit, I find I preform much better at Crossfit when I'm more stretched out and flexible :)
