There is no calorie free food but there are negative calorie foods. These are foods that it takes more calories for your body to break down then are in them. Examples would be broccoli, green beans, apples, blueberries, tomatoes. Ignore the negative people.
MFP already figures TEF (thermic effect of food) into your calorie goal, so if you plan on foods being "negative calorie" you're counting those calories burned twice.
Also, from what I've read, even celery (classically tauted "negative calorie food") only burns off a small percentage of its calories through TEF, so it still isn't "negative calorie."0 -

Sorry dude, that's a total load of crap. Don't believe everything you read on Instagram. There are NO negative calorie foods.0 -
If you eat exactly between 11:59:59pm and 12:00am, the food doesn't count because it won't know which day to be assigned to. Calories free meals.

Yeah, no...that's not a thing. Sorry.
Edit: Negative people? You mean these people with all their reality and facts?
Um no?? He means the people who take more calories to digest than you gain from eating them0 -

Positive you're mistaken.0 -
Am I the only one who thinks she may have meant "low calorie" or "zero point"? Some of the comments on these last 3 pages have been downright rude. Isn't this site designed to support and uplift each other? SMH0
