Trying to loose weight, exercise, and eat clean to get in shape and change lifestyle. Last 4 months been doing strength training and do group Zumba classes. I am doing great taking steps in getting in better physical shape, but changing my diet has been a BIG challenge. Just started using MFP and concentrating on low calories and high protein diet. Seem to be making progress since finally starting to loose weight and fat % each week. Seems like a lot of work to enter food and exercise all the time....lol
