Confusion about calorie count on meat?

Hi,
I'm having lamb and sweet potato curry for dinner, but the calorie label says:
Per 100g(ovenbaked)
So, is this the calories in the lamb if I was to weigh it after it has been cooked? Or is it the calories in the raw weight?

The weight of the lamb pieces are 500g raw, and I'll be eating 1/3 of this; so that is around 166g of raw lamb I'll be consuming. I'm unsure as to whether to log the nutritional info on the back of the lamb, or if that would be incorrect. If I did, the 166g of raw lamb would be 318 calories.

To help explain further here's the link to the lamb:

I've had this problem a few times, sometimes my calculations end up with me consuming around 500 calories for some meat, but surely that is so high it must be wrong?

If it says (overbaked) than that refers to weight AFTER being cooked.

Or just weigh it raw, get the amount you need, and freeze the leftover.
