Today I just finished TurboFire Week 5. This entire time I've only lost 2.3 lbs, which is from the first two weeks. I started at 172.3. Since Week 2 I've stuck at 170. Some days I can budge it by a couple of ounces, but haven't been able to get into the 178's. ...Is it possible to plateau this early on? I thought typically those only happen after a couple of months or so. I just increased my calories, thinking I was eating enough (1349/day), but now I'm gaining. I followed the Road Map TDEE forum to get my new calorie goal. I work from home, office job, but workout doing TurboFire 6 days/week, so it recommended a moderate activity level and a calorie goal of 1945. I have lost some inches. 1 in from my hips, 1 inch from my waist, but the scale isn't budging. Any suggestions?
