marinade for london broil?

what is a good one that is low calorie? it doesn't mater if it s home made or store bought just need to be yummy but not full of calories that is would rather spend on actual food and not on extra flavor.

    My mom's standby -- olive oil, lemon juice -- probably 2-4 tbsp of each, depending on how large your steak is, + chopped garlic (largish pieces, you want them to stick in the steak, if you score it the way I do)

    Other is tomato juice & fresh (if available) basil. If not fresh, then 2-3 tsp dried basil.

    thanks. Yeah it is still frozen at the moment so I stabbed it instead of scoring it. Thanks!

    rosemary -grilled london broil (from the biggest loser cookbook)

    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
    1/2 tsp olive oil
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 pounds beef london broil

    Preheat the grill to high heat
    In a small dish , combine the garlic, rosemary, oil, salt and pepper.
    Rub the garlic mixture evenly over the roast. Let the beef stand 5 minutes.

    Grill the beef for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Tent it with foil and let stand for 10 minutes.

    Makes 6(4 oz.) servings

    Per serving: 175 calories, 33g protein, 5g carbs, 5g fat, 67 mg cholesterol and 173 mg sodium

    Here's mine:

    4.00 Tbsp. (15ml), Balsamic Vinegar
    1.00 clove, Garlic - Raw
    0.25 cup, Sauce - Worcestershire
    0.33 tbsp, Honey
    4.00 tbsp, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    0.25 tsp, Chili Sauce
    32.00 oz, Flank Steak - Grilled
    4.00 Tbsp (15ml), Teriyaki Sauce

    Marinade from 4-24 hours. Broil 7-10 minutes per side, to desired doneness.

    297 calories per serving, 33g protein, 7g carbs, 15g fat.
