Hello everyone
I am working on getting healthier and starting to loose weight. I am at a high of 211 and want to start doing better. I have a trainer I meet with once a week and who I'm working with but I also need some accountability and help on here I find dinner time is when I forget to count. I love to meet others and maybe we can set some challenges together
