    Ignore the warnings for cholesterol. Eating eggs has little to no effect in your blood cholesterol, even if you are a person with cholesterol problems, eating eggs are still ok

    I.actually changed my number so I stop getting those warnings, same with sodium also.

    The cholesterol in eggs is just fine. Ignore it unless you are doctor ordered. Eggs for awhile got a bad rap, but the truth is they are a good healthy part of a diet. The benefits are much higher than the cholesterol.

    Dietary cholesterol has little to no effect on serum cholesterol levels.

    Unless your Doc ordered it ... enjoy all the eggs you want.

    The whole scare about cholesterol and eggs was debunked way back in the, oh, 80s I think? Blood cholesterol levels are somewhat impacted by saturated fats, but are mostly genetic, and there's not much of a link between dietary and blood cholesterol levels. And eggs are really nutritious.

    You can eat eggs without worry.
