Pushups?

Ok, so I can't even do pushups when I am on my knees. (Maybe 1 or 2 but I am not going down low, maybe halfway)
Any suggestions for how to build up strength to do these? Do I just keep doing these half ones?
I am currently doing Power 90 and there are a lot of pushups in this program. The modification is to do them on your knees if you can't do a full pushup. But there is no modification if you can't do them on your knees either.
FYI...I weigh 330lbs so that is probably half my struggle.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    If you're having trouble with knee push-ups, you can do them against a wall. That's a step back from knee push-ups.

    Once you build up enough strength, then you can move up to knee push-ups. I have an app that I have on my iPhone called Pushups 0 to 100 Exercise Workout Trainer Pro. I use that and it's been working pretty well. There's also a push-ups program on www.onehundredpushups.com. Granted, I'm only able to do knee push-ups right now, I can't wait to build up strength to be able to do full ones! Good luck!
