Quick and easy meals??

Hey if anyone has any good ideas about easy and quick but healthy meals please fill me in! I'm tired of the same old same old!

    Canned tuna mixed with a couple tablespoons of low fat cottage cheese. Add some lettuce or baby spinach and serve on whole grain bread. Sounds a little gross but it's actually quite tasty and the cottage cheese is a nice healthy substitute for mayo. Lot's of protein! Just watch the sugar and sodium content in the cottage cheese you buy.

    Crockpot meals while you are work can be great. I like to grill up a protein and service with steamed veggies in a pinch. Salads really don't take a lot of time to toss together if you have the stuff on hand. Eggs are quick and easy protein
