Quick and easy meals??

Hey if anyone has any good ideas about easy and quick but healthy meals please fill me in! I'm tired of the same old same old!

  • Canned tuna mixed with a couple tablespoons of low fat cottage cheese. Add some lettuce or baby spinach and serve on whole grain bread. Sounds a little gross but it's actually quite tasty and the cottage cheese is a nice healthy substitute for mayo. Lot's of protein! Just watch the sugar and sodium content in the cottage cheese you buy.

    Crockpot meals while you are work can be great. I like to grill up a protein and service with steamed veggies in a pinch. Salads really don't take a lot of time to toss together if you have the stuff on hand. Eggs are quick and easy protein
