Low carbs...

I've been doing a lot of checking out low carb diets...I would love to hear from any of you that are doing it, how it has made a difference for you, did the tired feeling really leave, how has it made your health better...anything that is positive for you. Nothing like hearing it from real people that it has helped. Bet there is a lot on here that would be interested to hear more. Thanks! Jen:flowerforyou:

    I have a love/hate relationship with carbs and too many tend to cause weight loss stalls for me. I am also left feeling bloated and with less energy. For the most part I have cut out all extra carbs and when I do have any, I try to eat complex carbs. Many people have no problem consuming carbs but unfortunately I'm not one of them. ~

    Low carb for 2 or is it 3 years - I forget. Currently 51 lbs down from my peak weight before switching, and 9 above my minimum.

    Cholesterol Total/HDL ratio is nice and low at 3.0 - only measured once though about a year ago. Taken up a bit of running too.
