help!!!! What exercises can I do to help me loose my thighs and waste!!!

    You can't chose where you will lose. Eat at a calorie deficit and you will lose weight. You can do exercise to firm up those areas but I don't have any specific recommendations.

    You want to loosen them or lose some weight from them? Not sure what you're after.

    Get a weighted hula hoop. Start off 10 minutes twice a day for the first month, 20 minutes twice a day second month, 30 minutes twice a day third month, and 40 minutes twice a day fourth month. If you count calories, you should be perfect by the fourth month. I'm actually doing my hoop workout as I post this. I cut back because I have a natural bubble butt, and when I did this routine I.
