Hi! I just found out about this group and would love to be apart of it. I'm a huge fan of the show since the beginning. I started my journey to health September 8, 2013. I do low carb high fat. I started out doing zumba 2 days a week at my local gym. Now I do it 3 days a week and lift 2 days a week. I've lost 80 pounds but over the past 2 months I've seen to have gained 9 pounds back. The only thing I have changed is I've added more weights. I have not eaten off plan. I love working out now and thought those words would ever come out of my mouth. Looking to lose 40 more this year. I would love to be a part and my favorite character is Machonne.
