Hi!
I ran my first marathon 2 years ago but I was still flabby. Unfortunately last year I gain 20 lbs due to work and life changes. Now I'm trying to get back to a healthy weight, but I want to be toned too. I love to run but I also love biking, walking and tennis. I have to remind myself that my workout and healthy eating is VERY important to me. Does anyone else have a similar struggle?
