I train in the morning so for Breakfast I have toast, Canadian bacon, and 1 egg. I make sure i get a little bit of everything. Some people prefer to train on an empty stomach. It's all about what works best for you.

I definitely can't train on an empty stomach. But I need a little something to give me an energy boost and help me get through. I'll have to check out BCAAs. And the eggs and bacon sound like exactly what I need post-workout!

Usually I have a banana but this morning was a bacon sandwich. Whilst I dont recommend it because of the grease, I had a pretty good run :)

I usually don't eat anything, because my body just isn't ready, but I was starving today. Honey Bunches of Oats w/Almond and a medium banana. Good stuff.

If its short run 3/4 miles then I can do it on nothing most times.
If I'm doing a longish run 7 to 10 miles half a bagel with peanut butter, or if I know I'll be in the gym for more than an hour and I'm going to push myself then I will have a banana and a bagel. Bacon sandwiches post workout are definitely a treat worth working for
