New to the weight loss thing

at the beginning of December i decided to lose weight so i joined the gym, got a personal trainer and then found this app. thanks to this app i'm able to monitor what i eat better and they say that weight loss id 70% diet and 30% exercise.

since December i have now lost 26lb, i never thought i would be able to lose any and i'm very proud of myself. i still have a way to go but i hope that making friends on here will help keep me motivated.
