Muesli with fruit after 3-day juice cleanse/detox?

Hello, I have just completed the '3 day juice detox' by Jason Vale. Problem is, I am starving. I know you have to ease yourself into solid foods again - but the only thing I have a STRONG craving for is muesli with chopped bananas and blueberries. Tomorrow morning will be the first morning after the detox. Going out on a limb here - but would it be 'safe' to have a small bowl or would it cause substantial damage? if so, what would be recommended?
- thank you

You're starting off on the wrong foot here if you're afraid of eating oats and fruit.

I'd recommend you take the time to learn how weight gain/loss actually happens so that you understand what it takes to reach your weight goals.

I recommend you eat. You will cause substantial damage for NOT EATING.

You won't find much sympathy here for "cleanse/detox" nonsense. Use the site as it was intended; set a reasonable goal, track your intake, hit you macros and voila - weightloss and illumination.

Oh for heaven's sake! Just eat food! What kind of damage do you think it's going to do? Most likely you were eating (drinking) well below where you should have been, and dropped a bit of water weight. When you eat real food, the water weight will come back on. But it wasn't a true loss anyway. You could saved yourself a ton of misery and started the right way. By eating at a deficit, and logging what you eat. Good grief, I'm tired of all these detox/juice/cleanse posts!
