Time to do things right

Hi fellow fitness friends. After years of work hard and play hard, I have come to terms with the fact that it is time to start thinking about age and health in a way I have not. I have always been and active person having an on and off relationship with exercise my entire life. Nutrition has always been a factor but over the more recent period I am watching my sodium intake as my weakness has been salty foods.
The purpose of this post is to reach out to others in a similar situation to share ideas and what works, what does not work for exercises, diet, phone apps, etc. I am currently in the second week of Max 30 as my work out program.
