Hi everyone

So I was just wondering what healthy bread options you go for? I've seen a lot of people talk about ezekliel bread but I can't find it anywhere and even struggled to find it online. I sometimes have rye or pumpernickel but was looking to try a different sort that is gluten and wheat free

Thanks in advance for your help

Since originally writing this I found a company called Sunnyvale who do a range of sprouted breads. Are these basically the same as Ezekiel?

Why do you feel you need gluten and/or wheat free bread? Have you been diagnosed with gluten intolerance?

Burgen do bread with soya, linseed, sunflow and chia added in various mixes. Usually in Tesco. Vogels is another -

If yo uneed gluten free you'll have to be in the "Free from" section as they're a bit specialist.

Dr Dawn on C4 recently advocated eating pumpernickel - it's a whole grain bread ?
