Hi,

I had my bariatric surgery in 2001. I initially lost 236 lbs (189), but bounced back to 295 after trying unsuccessfully to have a baby (we have since adopted 2 gorgeous sons from Foster Care.) I then went on the Depo Provera shot and shot up to 310.

That is terrifying and I am looking forward to become stronger, fit and eat healthy foods in normal size portions. I am enjoying Zumba for exercise and learning so much about my eating habits from the wonderful tools.

I am hoping that some weight loss will accompany my road to fitness, but I will not go on a diet or starve like I did after surgery. I have to praise the tools again for giving me a realistic calorie count with a reasonable goal of calories to cut.
