6`3 250 came down from 320. used hydroxycut during summer. need advice

First of all i need more friends on here add me. I need help with this app so i can post pics and show you my weight loss journey also. I lost most of my weight during the summer using the map my walk app. I was going to the gym using the treadmill everyday sometimes twice running a mile or better and walking a mile at a brisk pace. I also used the high school outdoor track. I tried to stay under 2000 calories. I may binge on cheat days and go over 7000 calories. I started mar 14. I feel if i didnt go on those binges i could have been down 100 pds already. Lately im using mfp and have been logging everyday eating abt 2500 calories a lot of good food but a little junk food.
