So, I weighed 2 stone more than I did when I started my relationship 4 years ago and am now targeting getting back to that weight. I've managed to lose a stone in the last three weeks, but I reckon this second stone will be harder to shift. I'm running a minimum of 8 miles per day and eating less than 1500 calories a day and this seems to be working at the moment.
