Backsliding ...

Using MWP, I went from 217 to 189, looked better and felt great. Recently I have been, as we used to say at church, backsliding. Since Thanksgiving, I have been eating like I actually have a metabolism and have gained back 6 pounds. I am tilting in at 195 now and don't want to see 200 again.
I need someone to slap me around, via messages, and get me back on the straight and narrow path to getting down to 175. I believe I can do that by Easter and will start tomorrow morning (January 20, 2015) to get back on the right path.
