  • That's what I'm doing. I eat a lot of Turkey.
Ex: Turkey burger, Turkey bacon, Turkey sausage, Turkey hot dogs.... Lots of fresh veggies! You have have a lot of vegetables compared to anything else. A lot of tuna and low calorie bread. 1% milk for breakfast. Fiber one bars for snacks... Most things like apples, cucumbers, zucchini, tomatoes, lettuce and onions have almost NO calories!!! Oh, egg whites only have 17 calories!!!! Turkey sausage (3 links) have 100 calories! That makes for a good breakfast!! I hope this helps some!! Good luck!!
  • Thanks a lot. I will try this

Chicken breast, quark, pork tenderloin, egg whites and of course lots of veggies. I bulk up my meals (meatloaf, pasta, curries - you name it) by adding veg to them. It doubles the amount of food you have without adding too many calories. For a small sweet snack, I tend to opt for strawberries, raspberries or a mandarin or an apple or pear if I've got some more calories left.
  • Good idea
  • I tend to spice my food heavily, it just feels more satisfying with lots of flavour.

Protein from veg I think is the best thing to base recipes around, that's what's really going to make to feel full. Broccoli, spinach, beans etc.

Posting this recipe as the serving sizes are HUGE, especially if you put in more vegetables. I constantly make this, and every time I can never eat an entire portion. It is higher on the carb side, but you can throw in shredded chicken or turkey for a larger protein portion.
