I'm just starting up, and planning on toning up my body and just eating healthy. NO JUNK FOOD. I've also cut out alcohol recently, all is go. I just need people who are on a similar track who can give me that extra push! Definitely keen to chat to people with advice and tips aswell! I'm 18 and weigh 176 pounds / 80 kg
