Any fun family centered activities to burn calories? We have 2 very energetic 3 year old girls. By the time I get home from work I'm half tempted to havr potato chips for dinner and loaf on the couch.

my gym has free day care til 8pm. I took my daughter there several nights a week when she was very little, she loved it. Or i ran with her in a jogging stroller (they make double strollers) Now i am fortunate enough to have a gym at work so i go at lunch 5 days a week, and hit the free day care club once on the weekend. Sometimes at home, my daughter and i put on music and dance.0

Let's see, my son likes soccer, my daughter is trying basketball, and when they were younger we played "tag" in the playground, and once upon a time I just carried them hiking!
