Im not new to MFP, I've had the app for 2 years....I've just never used it really....wait maybe that does make me new. Anyway Im most certainly not new to diet and exercise and all that goes with it. I managed to drop about 50lbs by watching what I eat and working my a** off at the gym. I've been in a holding pattern for about a year, I haven't gained anything back and what is still hanging on appears to be redistributing itself.....it could move to my hair or my lips and Id be fine but it seems to hover around my midsection. Anyway the time has come to finish what I started.....Im very interested in Paleo and try to follow that eating plan......the gym beckons me...right now I do a lot of walking but really I should just walk to the gym and get it over with...and I will. Im on my own with grown kids so this is my time to make it all happen right?
