How to tackle the "love handles"

love handles, muffin top whatever you want to call it I have one which I am finding very difficult to shift! Any tips on exercises that can help target this area please??

    Sorry, but you can't spot fat reduce. You just have to focus on getting your overall body fat down and they will eventually go away. Lots of people just naturally have a bit of an extra curve there though, no matter what kind of shape they are in, so don't torture yourself.

    Sneak up behind them and use both hands.

    You can't decide were it comes off any more than you can decide where it goes on. Just lose body fat if you want them gone.

    High heart rate cardio. Running, stair MILL, spin class.

    My love handles started disappearing when I started doing yoga. All that core work helped a lot. It also helped make my whole body a little leaner, and a lot stronger! So maybe you can't choose where the body fat comes off, but focusing on my core certainly helped those pesky love handles. :)

    I've been trying to build muscle in my problem areas. Well, all over really. My issues are my legs. For my stomach area though I just try and do a lot of crunches and planks everyday.
