keep going

I did not see any results at first. But after counting calories, stepping up cardio and really pushing myself that little extra has made a HUGE difference. Do NOT give up. Give you body time to get use to you being more active. Eat whatever you want as long as you stay under your calories. Not only salads. Specially for guys who are trying to get muscles. I know keeping up and staying motivated its hard. Sometimes people make fun of you, sometimes you dpnt notice changes, its too hard, but remember all of those are excuses. Put on your headphones find a beat that will bring out that extra energy you have and kick some butt!! Happy workout yall!
