Maintaining My Weight.

I have now lost 4st since changing my lifestyle in July and using MyFitnessPal and Pacer to monitor myself and since Xmas have maintained it. Both Apps are great for this and I would recommend to anyone who is serious about losing and maintaining weight loss.

Way to go on the loss and keeping it OFF for good! I agree that those folks who are so inclined to like gadgets and tech (ME!! lol), there's some great apps (many are free) and activity trackers to keep us accountable and motivated.0
