Pre holiday weight loss? Lifestyle change.

I'm 21, and I'm exercising regularly in the gym with my boyfriend and doing my best to eat right to. I've lost 7lbs not really doing much, but now we've booked our holiday in aiming to lose 2st before May and also just get fit and healthy in general.

Anyone in a similar situation? Similar amount of weight to lose? Want to chat for motivation :)

    Try some circuit training aka HIIT training. That'll be sure to kick your butt into high gear by May

    Sorry it took so long to reply. I have started doing that this week. Thanks for the advice :). My friends boyfriend is a personal trainer so he set up a workout programme for me :) xx
