Overindulged, best way to exercise?

Accidentally eaten WAY too much today. Have burnt off about 600 calories walking, but am still roughly 260cal over my daily allowance. In the long term, do people reckon it's better to burn those off today, or eat less tomorrow as well as doing more exercise? I'm hopeless at these things!

    Just leave it at that. 260 over is not too bad. Just start fresh tomorrow and don't eat less on purpose.

    Forgive yourself! 260 calories over your allowance for one day will NOT make a big difference. Just go back to your allowance the next day. :)

    Tomorrow is a new day. Just stick to your plan. 260 cals isn't going to add a pound overnight. I over ate this week by about 200 cals on one day. I just walked a little longer the next, and I still lost my weekly pound. Just keep moving!

    I'd let my mood determine this. I try to see that I exercise off what I eat. However, if I'm tired and can't get the energy I just let it be. Tomorrow is a new day and I start fresh.
