How does it work? Is worth the 100 dollars for a PDF? How long are the workouts and just anything you can tell me would be great!

    Hi Ariel!! I bought it and am only on Day 1 and I have to tell you it is harrrrrd! I can't say it's worth the money yet since I just started but I'm really looking forward to doing it! I just got accepted into the private Facebook group too, which you'd get access to if you buy. I also believe that if you buy any of her prorams, you can buy any future ones for only $60 if you choose to do so.

    I don't do it but I follow her on IG and the before and afters are pretty impressive for her programs. I met her this weekend and she was really nice.
