Hi, i'm not new to this as I've been using the app for a while now (it became essential in helping me lose weight for my wedding!) I keep starting (and stopping) with dieting etc so this year one of my new resolutions was to have an actual change of lifestyle rather than to specifically lose weight (although that is hopefully the end result). I'm doing well....on to the 3rd week and i'm exercising every day (other than Sundays) twice a day and have changed my eating and drinking habits! Seems to have done the trick and i'm 5 lbs lighter!
Always looking for handy exercise tips (I exercise at home as I work long hours and have travel time to add to it so I like getting in and getting on my bike!) so any 3 min workouts (ie tummy, bums, arms) would be great!
