Advice please

I have started loosing weight since this past summer and have changed my mindset in order to eat healthier. I have lost around 15 and although I feel great I want to go for more of course in order to reach a healthy weight. I am a college student and work overnights too so my eating schedules are pretty crazy and feel like that's a problem.

I work a crazy schedule also. You seem to have made good choices so far. The first step is to have the right mindset. Make sure you have healthy snacks, meals, and plenty of water at work with you. There are some really good protein bars out there that are high in protein and low in carbs but still taste good. You just have to maintain a healthy mindset and the rest will come more easily.
