I just turned 42 and decided I needed to lose the weight that had slowly creeped up on me over the last couple of years. I live in the Caribbean. Mother of two. So far using this app has made me aware of my little mistakes when it comes to eating. I stopped the weight lifting a few months ago due to having too much body aches and pains especially in my knees and shoulders but I have decided to give another go in the gym. Any advice is welcomed as I travel this hopefully short journey.
