hi all

I've bought this fitness DVD and love it so far but I have no idea how to track it under exercise. Anyone else doing it and tracking?

  • Hi, are you still doing it? Getting results? I put mine under high impact aerobics for 40mins the add 10mins sit-ups for the abs workout x
